About
Two sentences shaped everything I do.
The first is the one almost everyone hears when they dream a little bigger than their circumstances: "That will nevr work."
The second is the answer I decided to give it: "Well — why not."
That exchange became a podcast, a community, a body of work, and a company. It's also the honest center of how I coach, facilitate, and build.
WHAT I DO NOW
I'm a business strategist and facilitator, and the founder of Chism Group LLC. I work with professionals and entrepreneurs who are capable, driven, and stuck somewhere between where they are and where they know they could be. My job isn't to hand you motivation. It's to help you make better decisions, develop a stronger business, and turn potential into measurable progress.
I do that through a method I trust because it's simple enough to actually use: Where · Why · Next. Get honest about where you are. Get clear on why it matters. Commit to your next real step — and the one after that. Progress isn't magic. It's a series of honest steps taken on purpose.
THE CREDENTIALS BEHIND THE WORK
I'm a Certified Master Entrepreneurship Coach and a Certified Master Life Purpose Coach, and I'm continuing academic study in adult learning and organizational training at Temple University — because how people actually learn and change should shape how I teach and facilitate, not just what I say on a stage.
I'm also an award-winning podcaster and author, and the host of That Will Nevr Work, where I sit down with entrepreneurs and thought leaders who turned an impossible-sounding idea into something real.
